This year I have decided that I need to focus on my other two businesses so it is with a heavy heart that I had to hand over Fifi’s Fancy Furniture to Fifi. It is now a good little business which Fifi can manage alone. She has all her supply chains in place and she is very efficient at the day to day running. I think Fifi will be able to manage all the social media herself in time. I wish her every success and I will miss our fun times together but it is now time for me to move on. So please continue to support her business on the socials. Many thanks. Ginny
The idea for the shop was first born on a car drive with Fifi. She disclosed to me, somewhat reluctantly, that she had a vision for her own shop. It was a super grand vision and we both got very excited about it. From that day forward we beavered away, whilst still attending to our other jobs. We created a logo and had business cards and the website done. I set up all the social platforms. Fifi started painting furniture and although we didn’t have a shop we did sell via the internet through facebook and other selling platforms.
In 2016 we were fortunate to be offered to share a shop with a friend at the bottom of the high street in Wotton under edge. It was a new experience for us both to have a shop and a steep learning curve. We were not entirely happy with the location of the shop and to cut a long story short we moved to our new shop at the top of the high street in Wotton on March 1st 2017.
